The hospital was built on a total constructed area of 2,500 m², surrounded by approximately 800 m² of landscaped green areas. It has a capacity of 25 beds distributed across three floors, with more than 25 rooms on each floor. The building also includes an educational wing with four lecture halls dedicated to training and academic activities.
Our scope of work included participation in the construction, finishing, and full furnishing of the hospital facilities, covering:
– Structural and civil works for patient wards, lecture halls, and waiting areas
– Complete mechanical and electrical installations (MEP)
– Interior finishing with modern materials and advanced lighting systems
– Furnishing of patient rooms, reception areas, lecture halls, and lounges
Through a combination of engineering execution and interior solutions, we delivered a fully integrated hospital environment that adheres to healthcare standards and provides comfort for patients, staff, and visitors. The Royal College of Surgeons of the United Kingdom praised the hospital’s educational and technical facilities, recognizing it as a regional hub for education and training in the Middle East.
